• Serve as Native Mobile App Engineering Lead at Bank of China Hong Kong, I oversee governance, technical strategy, and end-to-end delivery of all mobile applications. I established a comprehensive design system and headless CMS to standardize UI/UX and streamline content updates and launched a Smart Office mobile app solution. I lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and align stakeholders to drive innovation and efficiency.

• As the Technical Product Manager, I drove the digital channel's technical strategy by closely collaborating with the development team to seamlessly integrate various third-party solutions into the bank's ecosystem. In this role, I introduced an innovative virtual queue solution that significantly enhanced service quality and operational efficiency.

I was a key contributor to Lalamove's system transformation initiatives, playing an essential role in executing seamless cutover activities across more than 10 cities. As the iOS development team chapter leader, I also mentored junior developers and provided strategic guidance to ensure high-quality results throughout the transformation process.

I spearheaded the launch of Hong Kong's largest loyalty program, yuu rewards, in July 2020 as the Software Development Lead at DFI Retail Group. In this role, I managed cross-functional teams comprising in-house developers, offshore resources, and vendor partners to ensure the application was delivered on time and met high-quality standards.

I spearheaded the launch of the revamped HSBC HK Business Express mobile application, managing a cross-regional team of over 10 professionals from Hong Kong to Mainland China and overseeing the SDLC to ensure top-quality deliverables.

I led the end-to-end development of the HSBC Easy Invest mobile application while mentoring junior developers, ensuring robust performance and an excellent user experience.

I designed and implemented innovative mobile solutions that enhanced user engagement and streamlined digital services—most notably with AIA Vitality, Citic Bank Mobile App, and TSM.

I engineered BLE-driven solutions that secured HKSTP and government startup funding while showcasing our product at a renowned Hong Kong fashion brand, validating our innovative edge.

I served as both a Game and Web Developer, creating widely acclaimed Facebook web applications while also crafting influential mobile games, including the renowned 'Tower of Saviors.'
